May 11, 2026 – [Atlanta, GA] –  The National Association of Mobile Integrated Healthcare Providers (NAMIHP) is proud to announce the election of ten accomplished leaders to its Board of Directors, bringing together an exceptional range of expertise, positioning both NAMIHP and the MIH/CP industry for growth and national impact.

“This is a transformational moment for NAMIHP and for the MIH/CP profession,” said Executive Director, Victoria Reinhartz. “These leaders bring deep experience across strategic planning, payment modeling, and systems transformation. Together, we can ensure NAMIHP continues to be at the forefront of innovation, policy advancement, and strategic growth nationwide.”

With this strengthened Board of Directors, NAMIHP is poised to build stronger national partnerships, advance sustainable reimbursement pathways, support data-driven care transformation, and help shape the future direction of MIH/CP across the United States.

Newly Elected Board Members: 

Dr. Allison is Chief Medical Officer for Western Healthcare, a practicing emergency medicine physician, and a Medical Director for Mobile Integrated Healthcare programs. As Vice President of NAMIHP for the last three years, he chaired the NAMIHP Payor Champion Awards, highlighting innovation and alignment across healthcare stakeholders. In addition to his work with NAMIHP, he serves in leadership roles with the American Board of Physician Specialties and has been appointed to the National EMS Advisory Council, bringing a national perspective on EMS and integrated care delivery.

Kyu Kang, Associate Director, QV Health Solutions

Kyu is an Associate Director with QV Health Solutions, and previously was as a senior health policy analyst at the Joint Commission on Health Care. She is experienced in gathering data and perspectives from state agencies, community-based organizations, providers, and insurers to design evidence-based, actionable policy recommendations for legislature. Recent projects have included assessing the effectiveness of MIH-CP programs and working as a non-profit consultant, helping organizations maximize their social impact by building organizational capacity, refining their mission and vision, and implementing strategy.

Edna Dudley, MSN, RN, CCM, Vice President of Clinical Operations, Antidote Health

Edna Dudley is a healthcare executive with over 12 years of leadership experience driving enterprise population health, utilization management, and care management strategies that improve clinical outcomes while optimizing total cost of care. During her leadership roles across Antidote Health, Molina Healthcare, and BlueCross BlueShield, she led initiatives focused on improving access, care coordination, regulatory performance, and patient outcomes across diverse healthcare settings for Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and commercial populations. Edna brings a strong background in strategic planning, aligning clinical programs with financial performance and medical cost trends.

Natasha Grossman, LICSW, Mobile Integrated Health Program Manager, Bellevue Fire Department

Natasha is an experienced leader in building and scaling community-based crisis response systems. Within Bellevue Fire Department, she leads initiatives that integrate behavioral health, emergency medical services, and public safety to provide in-community stabilization and ongoing support for individuals with complex needs encountered through 911 response systems. Previously, Natasha served as faculty and program director at the University of Washington School of Social Work, where she focused on advancing experiential learning and cross-sector systems change. She is experienced in nonprofit initiatives engaging more policymakers and contributing to state and federal legislative efforts across 30+ states.

Larry Johnson, MIH Commander, Albuquerque Ambulance Services, Presbyterian Healthcare Service

Larry is a nationally recognized EMS and Mobile Integrated Health leader with over four decades of experience spanning frontline clinical care, executive leadership, system design, and education. He has held senior leadership roles across major EMS organizations and was an early architect of modern critical care paramedicine, including development of one of the first all-paramedic critical care transport programs in the United States. He serves as a strong national voice in the industry, publishing on Mobile Integrated Health, EMS as healthcare infrastructure, and the future direction of system-integrated care.

Nick Adams, MPA, CEM, EMT-P, TP-C, CP-C, DICO-C, EMS Division Chief, Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services

Nick Adams brings over 25 years experience in collaborative relationship building across Emergency Medical Services and Mobile Integrated Health. He and his team built Cobb Fire CARES, a fire-based community paramedic program launched in 2017, and have since developed a prehospital blood product program and a county-level opioid abatement advisory structure overseeing millions in grant funding. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Jacksonville State University and is a national conference speaker, published author, and co-host of The Standard of Care Podcast.

Jennie Cordia, RN, BSN, MBA, Chief Executive Officer, Next Jeneration Logistics

Jennie Cordia is a former healthcare executive with over 28 years of experience overseeing clinical operations, including patient care, clinical services, and Emergency Medical Services. She served as the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care at BJC Healthcare, architecting and adapting the first Community Paramedicine program in the state of Missouri, and has since led the expansion of MIH/CP programs across 15 states, working with 25 EMS agencies, Fire and Hospital based programs. She brings a broad perspective necessary for developing clinical standards, tracking outcomes, securing funding, and working with healthcare systems and policy makers to elevate MIH/CP as a recognized and essential component of the healthcare continuum. 

Samantha Mitchell, Director of Mobile Integrated Health, City of Crawfordsville, Indiana

Samantha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Purdue University, and previously held roles within the Montgomery County Health Department, focusing on public health education and achieving departmental accreditation. In 2021, Samantha joined the Crawfordsville Fire Department, where she continues to expand Mobile Integrated Health programs, leveraging data to improve MIH/CP operations and outcomes. 

Randy Chhabra, Commander- Clinical Navigation Division, Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services (ATCEMS)

Commander Chhabra is a transformational EMS leader with over 24 years of experience advancing innovative, community-integrated healthcare delivery within a high-performing 911 system. He has a proven ability to design, implement, and scale programs that improve patient outcomes, optimize system utilization, and strengthen partnerships across public safety, healthcare, and government sectors. In addition to his impact on MIH/CP expansion, he has been recognized by the National Safety Council with a Change Maker Award, for developing a digital data tracking system, highlighting his ability to lead system-level change through data-driven strategy.

Steven Vincent, MBA, Vice President of Virtual Health, Priority On Demand

Steven is a healthcare operations executive with more than 20 years of experience across emergency medical services, mobile integrated healthcare, and virtual care delivery. He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina, and is experienced in building and scaling in-home and virtual care models for high-risk populations across multiple states, structuring partnerships with national and regional payors, developing reimbursement frameworks, and operationalizing programs that integrate EMS, telehealth, and population health infrastructure.
